- All vendor applications will be reviewed, and successful applicants will be notified ![]()
- Booth space fee: $40 CAD (non-refundable)![]()
- After being selected, payment is due by 4 PM on July 31, 2025. This fee helps support the Woodland Cultural Centre.![]()
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and canopies. Vendor parking will be available.![]()
