Shining a spotlight on spoken word performances that intersects Indigenous specific issues of land, identity, and sovereignty. Joined by Janet Rogers and Kahsenniyo Williams – drawing on language of the earth and inflected with the outspoken vocality of activism to address the crisis of modern ‘land wars’ – environmental destruction, territorial disputes, and resource depletion. Tying in the love for community, people and lived experiences to engage audiences.
