Woodland Cultural Centre is looking for Indigenous vendors for our Annual Smoke Dance Competition happening August 19, 2023 from 1pm-3pm.
By submitting this application, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the following:
- Availability subject to first come, first served. Notifications are sent by email; therefore, a valid email address is required.
- This is an outdoor event – electrical outlets are not available. Tables, chairs, tents, tent weights, lamps, extension cords are not provided.
- Vendors will not be approved without a completed application.
- Staff has the right to refuse a vendor if deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
- Requests for specific booth locations will not be honoured and cannot be changed prior to the event or the day of.
- Information on booth locations, parking and set up instructions will be sent the week prior.
- You are responsible to take your belongings to your vehicle if you leave before the end of the event.
