The Woodland Cultural Centre is now accepting bulk orders for 2025 of orange t-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, and sweaters!

Instructions for Submitting Bulk Orders and Other Important Info:

  • Click the button below to download our Fillable PDF Order Form. If you are having difficulties, please contact us at frontdesk@woodlandculturalcentre.ca or call 519-759-2650 x 221.
  • Complete and submit the order form in one of the following formats:
    • In person at the Woodland Cultural Centre, 184 Mohawk Street, Brantford. The Centre is open Tuesday-Sunday 10am-4pm.
    • Through email to frontdesk@woodlandculturalcentre.ca. If submitting order form digitally, you MUST confirm method of payment.
    • Note: Please ensure all shirts/long sleeves/sweaters and payments are submitted as one order.
  • ALL BULK ORDERS NEED TO BE SUBMITTED BY Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 4pm to be ready for pick up early in September 2025 (exact date to be determine). Woodland Cultural Centre will contact you sometime in early September 2025 to update you on your arrival/shipping date.
  • T-Shirts can be picked up at the Woodland Cultural Centre during business hours. Organizer will be contacted once t-shirt orders are available for pickup.
  • Delivery may be organized for an additional cost at the time of ordering by special arrangement only; please include this when submitting your order form.
  • If you submit a bulk order after the July 31st deadline, there is no assurance that your order will be filled in time for September. Gift Shop inventory will be sold to in-store shoppers through the month of September on a first come first served basis.
