Download our Indigenous Colouring Book

Looking for an indoor activity this winter? We wanted to showcase a past project that’s the perfect winter activity for you and the family.

The Time to Colour downloadable colouring book features 17 Indigenous Artists from across Turtle Island. Our goal with the colouring book was to bring a community at home together and give us all a creative outlet.

“I create art because it’s a way for me to connect with my culture. My inspiration comes from my late grandfather, Victor Mowatt. I use the Northwest Coast form line in every work I accomplish. My goal as an artist is to create unique First Nations art. My work signifies the past, present and future.” – Michelle Stoney

This incredible work was created by Indigenous Artist Michelle Stoney, @mstoneyart from British Columbia and donated to our Free Colouring Book project at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020. We encourage you to support these artists by tagging and following them on social media.

Nya:węh, Niá:wen, Thank you to all the artists that made this possible. Show us your artwork by tagging us in your masterpieces.
