The Woodland Cultural Centre is excited to announce our Orange Shirt Day programming! This September we will be having Truth and Reconciliation virtual events for two weeks during the month of September. There is virtual programming for elementary and in-depth programming for middle and high-school, as well as educational opportunities for Organizations.
This September the Woodland Cultural Centre is introducing Lunch and Learns with our Executive Director! Heather George will be leading Truth and Reconciliation presentations. Spend your September with the Woodland Cultural Centre as we educate on our journey of truth so we can work towards reconciliation.
The Woodland Cultural Centre presents a screening of Silent No More: A Virtual Tour of the Former Mohawk Institute Indian Residential School on Wednesday September 17 at 6:00pm with Executive Director, Heather George.
