Woodland Cultural Centre is looking for Indigenous vendors for our Annual Smoke Dance Competition happening August 17, 2024 from 11am-3pm.

By submitting this application, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the following:

• Availability subject to first come, first served. Notifications are sent by email; therefore, a valid email address is required.
• The deposit for booth space is a $30 CAN refundable fee.
• Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs and tents for individual setup. There will be no electricity available.
• All vendor applications will be reviewed individually based on the information provided in this application.
• If accepted as a vendor at the 2024 Annual Smoke Dance event, you will receive an agreement to complete and sign. Successful applications will be notified by July 22nd, 2024.
• Vendors must stay open for the duration of the event to get deposit back. No-shows will not be refunded.
• Vendors will have from 930 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. to set up their booths and have vehicles out of the area.
• Vendors must clean up garbage in vendor space at end of event.
