Logan is one of the artists participating in Woodland Cultural Centre’s Virtual Face Mask Auction, Ga:hǫh ne’ hni’ ga:howe:kso/Covered and Uncovered. The auction is in response to the new realities created by the global coronavirus pandemic impacting so many Indigenous communities across the country, with 50% of proceeds shared with artists and 50% to support Woodland Cultural Centre programs, specifically School Visits & Educational Programming and Exhibitions.

Born on the Six Nations Reserve and raised in Brantford, Ontario, Staats is a young father from the Mohawk Nation. He started writing and performing music in his teens, playing the guitar and harmonica.

Logan is perhaps best known from winning The Launch, and for his single The Lucky Ones. He has shared the stage with multiple well-known artists, including Buffy Sainte-Marie, Keith Secola and Mumford and Sons.

At 450.00 it’s yours. I wanted it to use as part of teaching about land treaties in my K-8 school. I wish you all the best with it. Cathy
